ADJUGO, training provider for the lean-agile transformation

Training in SAFe and TeamLearning

SAFE, the leading model for lean-agile at scale

ADJUGO is the leading specialist in Belgium in training in the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe and related topics. We also provide consultancy on implementing SAFe in your organization. We are local Belgian and we can organize the training in English, Dutch or French if you so desire. In contrast to many foreign competitors, our SAFe training sessions in Brussels actually happen as promised.

Our most general training is the Leading SAFe training, aimed at senior consultants and managers. You get to know the working of the SAFe model in all its aspects. The training has an interest well beyond the SAFe framework itself, as you get a very clear insight in a model that marries agile, lean, systems thinking, lean startup ideas and lean-agile budgeting into a consistent whole. SAFe provides answers not only to the scaling of agile, but also to questions where other models fail: how to manage your portfolio, how to integrate innovation, how to run programs, how to synchronize teams.

The fees for our training sessions include a voucher for the certification exam (on-line, through Internet) and one hot meal per training day.

TeamLearning

ADJUGO is further elaborating TeamLearning, together with Linda Dorlandt and Remi-Armand Collaris and using the TeamLearning model they developed and describe in "Praktisch op weg" (in Dutch).

Moving to Lean-Agile at company level requires a profound shift in mentality in the entire organisation. Standard management practices are however based on a different worldview and managers do not have the right toolbox to create the change. The entire lean-agile movement is based on self-governing teams, but we have no culture of creating such teams or of transforming current teams to this new way of working.

This is where TeamLearning comes in. Based on concepts from Positive Psychology and using approaches such as motivating conversations and solution oriented coaching, we can help teams to make the lean-agile transformation using lean-agile concepts. We therefore want to move from A to B using the approaches of B instead of those of A.

TeamLearning consists of three modules, of each two days.

-  Purpose

-  Process

-  People

You can enter the cycle at any point. The modules are organized at an interval, allowing you time to practice a module before starting the next module.
